A short line of context or pertinent information regarding the event.

Choose which stretch of days to consider
This is the overall date window to schedule for your event. Pick the first and last day the event could happen. For example, all of July for a family reunion.

Choose which days of the week to consider
Tap the days you want to consider, or use a shortcut. You must select at least one day.
Choose which hours of the day to consider
This is the overall hourly time window of a day to schedule the event, like evenings only or 9 to 5. This helps trim the grid so it's not cluttered with hours nobody would meet. You can pick a preset, or enter your own range. This is not the actual duration of the event. You will select that in the next section.
How long the event itself runs: a two-hour dinner, a thirty-minute call.
Choose the available start times
How far apart start times can be, which also sets the size of each block people color. For example:
Every 30 minutes: 2:00, 2:30, 3:00
Every 60 minutes: 2:00, 3:00, 4:00
Choose the time zone
The time zone defaults to your location. Everyone who joins will see the times in their respective time zone. You only need to change this if the event happens at a set place in another time zone, like a trip, a wedding, or a venue.
Choose how many people for the event
If you know the exact number, enter it in. Otherwise an estimate is fine. You can refine this number later on the scheduling grid page. Setting an exact number will unlock sharper group reminders and updates.
